Nestled in the coastal town of Bandon, Oregon, Face Rock Creamery was founded with a simple mission: to craft premium cheese using time-honored techniques, high-quality ingredients, and local milk straight from the fertile Coquille Valley and Oregon's Willamette Valley.
We opened our doors in 2013, building on a legacy of cheesemaking in this region and breathing new life into Bandon’s long-standing dairy tradition. Our name comes from a local sea stack, Face Rock, which watches over the shore, is a symbol of our deep roots in this place we call home.

Practices
Great cheese starts with great milk and we’re proud to source ours from local farms in the Coquille and Willamette Valleys. These lush, fertile regions provide nutrient-rich grasslands that produce exceptional milk, the essential ingredient in every batch of our handcrafted cheese.
At Face Rock, we believe in keeping it simple and doing it right. That means no artificial ingredients or fillers just real milk, salt, culture, and time. Our cheeses are made in small batches with hands-on care and a passion for the craft. From our award-winning cheddars to fresh curds and seasonal specialties, every product reflects our commitment to quality and flavor.
